Today, I would like to introduce my (and my advisor’s) research assistants, Tanna Gushiken, David, and Collin Weber.
Tanna and David finished collecting data on a golf study this semester, and data looks great.
They have been working with me since October and helped me with collecting data, typing data, and checking my manuscripts. Collin has recently started working in our lab and has collected data on a lasso task. I’ve been working as an assistant working under my advisor but it’s nice to have my assistants as well. Check them out!
Tanna was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She joined the Army during my freshman year at the University of Montana. Her military occupation was assistant veterinarian, and she provided veterinary care for the military working dogs coming into Germany from Iraq and Afghanistan. She is currently a senior majoring in Psychology and minoring in Neuroscience. Her plan is to attend graduate school for occupational therapy so that she can pursue a career working with neurology patients.
Prior to attending college, Collin Weber ran a successful environmental company in Las Vegas.
He also has over ten years of high end luxury sales experience. In 2012, he decided to further challenge himself and attended the College of Southern Nevada where he earned his Associate of Arts degree achieving high honors.
Along this path, he fell in love with human anatomy and is currently studying Kinesiology. He is also a member of UNLV’s Pre-Physical Therapy Honor Society where upon completion of his Kinesiology degree in 2016, he plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
